• Where is the store based?

  Nishio, Japan

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  This store accept orders from most places in the world!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders inside Japan will take within a week. Orders outside of Japan will take 1-3 weeks, though this depends on the customer's local postal service.

• Do you use tracking?

  I ship with small packet Airmail for larger items and letter mail for smaller items. This is untracked, but has a much lower shipping cost. If you would like tracking on a smaller item, please contact me and we can work things out. Any orders over $100 will be tracked though.

• Do you haggle on prices?

  Sorry, I don't. You might keep an eye out for a sale, but apart from that the prices are as they are written.

• How are digital items delivered?

  When your order is received and processed, you will be sent an email with your digital item as an attachment. If you have a different email that you'd prefer to be used, please add that on the order notes as I will be using the email on your order form.

• If I make an order that includes a preorder item, when will the order ship?

  The order will ship once the preorder item is in stock!

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
